Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. All “No shows” and non acceptable cancellations will be charged the scheduled cost. “No shows” are devastating to our Chalet owners please be courteous of their time setting up for your special day. If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know a day ahead of time so someone else may enjoy a pampering day who is on our waiting list. Please check weather forecasts ahead of time for a more relaxing visit.
